C2B held a workshop-presentation based on a highly current topic for local tourist operators: the communication and the marketing online for small tourist/hotel structures.
The event organized by Vallemaggia Turismo showed the importance of internet and other resources that tourist operators can’t leave out due to the wide source of information visitors can obtain to organize their trips.
The presentation has defined the size of the presence of internet inside the tourist market and has shown some concrete and practical cues for those actively operating in the branch. Many topics have been touched as well as poorly spread concepts like the Web 2.0 and the tourist communities, online, but important was the topic of how to transform these technological potentials into efficient and easy-to-use tools.
